To Secure a Booking
1: Check availability – this calendar is kept up-to-date at all times
2: Email or telephone to confirm your booking
(These dates will be held for you pending receipt of a deposit by bank transfer, which usually takes 3 days)
3: Upon receipt of a 30% deposit a comprehensive rental contract will be send by email or post; the final page requires your signature, then please return by post
(It is strongly recommended that you take out cancellation insurance to protect the cancellation penalty)
4: The balance due will become payable, together with a £1,000 refundable deposit against damages, 8 weeks prior to your stay (100% plus the deposit is payable if a booking is made within 8 weeks)
5: Full instructions and directions will be sent to you upon receipt of the final payment
6: The caretaker of Storyvilla will meet you upon arrival to give you keys and show you where everything is located within the villa, the cottage, and the grounds
7: * Minimum 2 weeks rental during July & August
